Printer parts may be model-specific and part-number-specific. Customers are responsible for verifying the printer model, part number, specifications and compatibility before ordering.
If you are unsure about compatibility, please contact Printer Part Shop before placing your order.
Product images may be illustrative, and minor differences in appearance, packaging, labels or manufacturing revisions may occur where they do not materially change the product’s intended function or specification.
2. Prices, Taxes and Payment
Prices, availability and offers may change without prior notice.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, import duties or other charges may be additional unless specifically stated otherwise.
Orders must be paid using the payment methods available or agreed at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing, description or technical errors and, where necessary, cancel an affected order and refund any amount received, subject to applicable law.

5. Returns, Replacement and Refunds
Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Customers must inspect products promptly after delivery. Claims concerning a wrong item, damaged item, defective-on-arrival item, missing item, quantity shortage or materially different product must be reported within 24 hours of confirmed delivery.
Claims are subject to verification and applicable consumer law.
A product correctly supplied according to the customer’s order is generally not returnable merely because the customer selected an incorrect model, part number, size or specification.
6. Warranty
A warranty applies only where a specific warranty is expressly stated for the particular product.
Warranty period, coverage and conditions may vary by product, manufacturer, supplier or listing.
Damage resulting from misuse, incorrect installation, improper handling, incorrect voltage, modification, negligence or unauthorized repair may not be covered.

Printer Part Shop is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from materially incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer, except where required otherwise by applicable law.
