Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been packed, handed to the courier, or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Before placing an order
Please verify the printer model, part number, compatibility, quantity and delivery address carefully. Printer parts are often model- and revision-specific.
Prepaid order cancellation
If an eligible prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the approved refund will normally be sent to the original payment method. Processing time may depend on the payment provider or bank.
After dispatch
If the order has already been dispatched, please contact Printer Part Shop for guidance. Returns, replacements, damaged items and refund claims are handled under our Refund and Returns Policy.
