To ensure prompt action, claims must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product. Refunds will be processed within 2 days( 48 hour) once the return request is verified.   • Refunds are only available if the wrong item is dispatched from our side.
  • Claims must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • For Refunds: Your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 2 days. The processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • For Exchanges: A replacement product of the same kind will be shipped to you promptly.
  • Orders placed incorrectly (e.g., wrong part size or model number) are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Please double-check your order before making a purchase.
Requirements
  • The product must be:
    • Unused and in its original condition.
    • Returned in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and labels intact.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for processing the refund or exchange.
Important Notes
  • Refunds or exchanges are not available for:
    • Products that show signs of use or are damaged due to customer handling.
